Useful information about your holiday at Kendler

    Please let us know if you intend to arrive after 18 hrs. Your room is ready for you from 14 hrs on arrival day - we kindly ask you to vacate your room by no later than 11 hrs on departure day.

    Would you like to stay in the resort on departure day and commence your journey home in the evening? At short notice and on request, it is possible for you to stay in your room until 17 hrs, use our wellness & spa facilities, have the afternoon snack in the restaurant and then start your journey home later and stress-free.
    We charge € 30 per person for this service.

    Prices do not include local tax of € 2.00 per person per night (not applicable for children under 14 years).

    Unfortunately, there is no refund or compensation offered for meals not consumed.

    Per person € 250 in winter and in summer 25% of the total price. Please transfer the deposit payment to our account at Raiffeisenbank Saalbach. IBAN:AT 56 3505 2000 0001 0199, BIC-Code:RVSAAT 2S052. The deposit payment can also be paid by credit card using our online payment centre.

    You are welcome to take advantage of our garage parking for Euro 12 per day (free in summer). We also have 15 free outdoor parking spaces, subject to availability.

  • DOGS
    Small dogs are welcome for € 15 per day without food. We kindly ask for your understanding that dogs are not allowed to enter the restaurant or spa & wellness area.

    The price of the selected category +50% surcharge

    20% will be deducted from the regular price for a third and fourth person each sharing a room with an additional bed.

    Room cancellations are only accepted in writing. There is no cancellation fee when the booking is cancelled 3 months or more prior to the intended arrival date. Cancellations made one month to three months before the intended arrival date incur a cancellation fee of 60%, those made up to one week before the intended arrival date incur a cancellation fee of 80%. Cancellations made on the intended day of arrival or no-shows are charged at 100% of the booked sum. 
    In case of cancellations The General Terms and Conditions of the Austrian Hotel Industry apply, Zell am See is the place of jurisdiction.

    adapted cancellation policy of winter 2020/21 – all direct bookings can be changed or cancellated free of charge up to 6 weeks before arrival.
        Cancellations between 6 weeks and 1 week before arrival will be charged with 50%. 
        Later cancellations will be charged 80% and on the intended day of arrival or no-shows are charged at 100% of the booked sum.

  • Skipasses
    Skipasses you can buy directly at the hotel reception with cash payment.

    In order to save you unnecessary costs in the event of cancellation or mountain rescue (incl. helicopter rescue), we recommend that you take out Hotelstorno Premium hotel cancellation insurance. Further information can be found here! (Link)

    We recommend that you settle your bill in cash, by EC card or credit card (Visa, MasterCard and Amex).
