We offer a number of additional services for your stay at Kendler, details of which are listed here.
When exactly are arrival and departure times? What does a garage space cost for your car? How can you effectively acquire cancellation insurance? Just read on: as you will find answers to many of your questions right here!

• ARRIVAL & DEPARTURE
  Please let us know if you intend to arrive after 8 pm. Your room is ready for you from 2 pm on arrival day - we kindly ask you to vacate your room by no later than 11 am on departure day.

• LATE CHECK OUT
  Would you like to stay in the resort on departure day and commence your journey home in the evening? At short notice and on request, it is possible for you to stay in your room until 5 pm, use our wellness & spa facilities,  and then start your journey home later and stress-free.
  We charge € 50 per person (for double rooms or suite with sincle occupancy € 100 per room) for this service.

• TOURIST REGISTRATION TAX
  Prices do not include local tax of € 3,00 per person per night (not applicable for children under 14 years). 

• CATERING
  Unfortunately, there is no refund or compensation offered for meals not consumed.

• DEPOSIT PAYMENT
  25% of the total price at booking.
  Please transfer the deposit payment to our account at Raiffeisenbank Saalbach. IBAN:AT 56 3505 2000 0001 0199, BIC-Code:RVSAAT 2S052. The deposit payment can also be paid by credit card using our online payment centre.

• PARKING

  • garage parking Euro 18 per day (free in summer)
  • out door car park -from Winter 2025/26 Euro 5 per day

• NEW YEAR’S EVE SURCHARGE
  € 70 per person (from 15 years)

• DOGS
  Dogs are allowed upon request. Dogs are not allowed in the restaurant or spa area. We charge EUR 20.00 per night for small dogs and EUR 30.00 per night for larger dogs (50 cm or more in shoulder height) (each without food). Our dog house rules must be observed and signed by arrival (at the latest upon check-in).

• MULTIPLE OCCUPANCY CHARGE
  20% will be deducted from the regular price for a third and fourth person each sharing a room with an additional bed.

• CANCELLATIONS
  Room cancellations are only accepted in writing. There is no cancellation fee when the booking is cancelled 3 months or more prior to the intended arrival date. Cancellations made one month to three months before the intended arrival date incur a cancellation fee of 60%, those made up to one week before the intended arrival date incur a cancellation fee of 80%. Cancellations made on the intended day of arrival or no-shows are charged at 100% of the booked sum. 
  In case of cancellations The General Terms and Conditions of the Austrian Hotel Industry apply, Zell am See is the place of jurisdiction.

  For bookings cancelled until 8 weeks before arrival, the pre-payment will stay with the hotel and can be used for the next holiday. In case you prefer a refund 3% processing fee of the pre-payment amount will be charged.

For all existing and new direct bookings in the summer 2025 we have new rules appling in case of a cancellation
Up to 6 weeks before arrival you can change or cancel your booking free of charge.
For bookings cancelled between 3 months and 6 weeks before arrival, the pre-payment will stay with the hotel and can be used for the next holiday. In case you prefer a refund 3% processing fee of the pre-payment amount will be charged.

No show / earlier departure 100% of the total amount
In the event of official business closure by the government, during the travel period, the cancellation is free of charge.

• Skipasses
  Skipasses you can buy directly at the hotel reception.

• TRAVEL CANCELLATION INSURANCE
  In order to save you unnecessary costs in the event of cancellation or mountain rescue (incl. helicopter rescue), we recommend that you take out Hotelstorno Premium hotel cancellation insurance. Further information can be found here! (Link)

• PAYMENT
  We recommend that you settle your bill in cash, by EC card or credit card (Visa, MasterCard and Amex).

• ROOM FLOOR PLANS
  The room layouts are symbolic - rooms may vary in size and facilities.
