Useful information about your holiday at Kendler

  • ARRIVAL & DEPARTURE
    Please let us know if you intend to arrive after 8 pm. Your room is ready for you from 2 pm on arrival day - we kindly ask you to vacate your room by no later than 11 am on departure day.

  • LATE CHECK OUT
    Would you like to stay in the resort on departure day and commence your journey home in the evening? At short notice and on request, it is possible for you to stay in your room until 5 pm, use our wellness & spa facilities, have the afternoon snack in the restaurant and then start your journey home later and stress-free.
    We charge € 50 per person for this service.

  • TOURIST REGISTRATION TAX
    Prices do not include local tax of € 2.00 per person per night (not applicable for children under 14 years). (from 1.12.24 € 2,45)

  • CATERING
    Unfortunately, there is no refund or compensation offered for meals not consumed.

  • DEPOSIT PAYMENT
    25% of the total price at booking.
    Please transfer the deposit payment to our account at Raiffeisenbank Saalbach. IBAN:AT 56 3505 2000 0001 0199, BIC-Code:RVSAAT 2S052. The deposit payment can also be paid by credit card using our online payment centre.

  • GARAGE PARKING
    You are welcome to take advantage of our garage parking for Euro 15 per day (free in summer). We also have 15 free outdoor parking spaces, subject to availability.

  • NEW YEAR’S EVE SURCHARGE
    € 70 per person (from 15 years)

  • DOGS
    Small dogs are welcome for € 15 per day without food. (€ 20,00 from Dez 2024) Larger dorg (from 50cm hight) only on requests € 25 per day without food. (€ 30,00 from Dez 2024) We kindly ask for your understanding that dogs are not allowed to enter the restaurant or spa & wellness area.   • MULTIPLE OCCUPANCY CHARGE
    20% will be deducted from the regular price for a third and fourth person each sharing a room with an additional bed.

  • CANCELLATIONS
    Room cancellations are only accepted in writing. There is no cancellation fee when the booking is cancelled 3 months or more prior to the intended arrival date. Cancellations made one month to three months before the intended arrival date incur a cancellation fee of 60%, those made up to one week before the intended arrival date incur a cancellation fee of 80%. Cancellations made on the intended day of arrival or no-shows are charged at 100% of the booked sum. 
    In case of cancellations The General Terms and Conditions of the Austrian Hotel Industry apply, Zell am See is the place of jurisdiction.

     For all existing and new direct bookings in the winter 2023/24 we have new rules applying in case of a cancellation
    Up to 6 weeks before arrival you can change or cancel your booking free of charge.
    except group bookings more than 10 rooms 8 weeks, more than 20 rooms 10 weeks
    For bookings cancelled between 3 months and 6 weeks before arrival, the pre-payment will stay with the hotel and can be used for the next holiday. In case you prefer a refund 3% processing fee of the pre-payment amount will be charged.
    cancellation fee: 6 weeks (8 or 10 weeks) to 7 days before arrival 50% of the total amount
    7 to 1 day before arrival 80% of the total amount 
    No show / earlier departure 100% of the total amount
    In the event of official business closure by the government, during the travel period, the cancellation is free of charge.

    Up to 4 weeks before arrival you can change or cancel your booking free of charge.
    For bookings cancelled between 3 months and 4 weeks before arrival, the pre-payment will stay with the hotel and can be used for the next holiday. In case you prefer a refund 3% processing fee of the pre-payment amount will be charged.
    cancellation fee: 4 weeks to 7 days before arrival 50% of the total amount
    7 to 1 day before arrival 80% of the total amount
    No show / earlier departure 100% of the total amount
    In the event of official business closure by the government, during the travel period, the cancellation is free of charge.

  • Skipasses
    Skipasses you can buy directly at the hotel reception.

  • TRAVEL CANCELLATION INSURANCE
    In order to save you unnecessary costs in the event of cancellation or mountain rescue (incl. helicopter rescue), we recommend that you take out Hotelstorno Premium hotel cancellation insurance. Further information can be found here! (Link)

  • PAYMENT
    We recommend that you settle your bill in cash, by EC card or credit card (Visa, MasterCard and Amex).

  • ROOM FLOOR PLANS
    The room layouts are symbolic - rooms may vary in size and facilities.
