Revitalisation and Pleasure
The sauna landscape at Kendler offers a classic Finnish sauna of 85°C to 90°C, with low humidity of 7% to 15%. This type of sauna enjoyment gently stimulates circulation and strengthens the immune system.
The same is also true outside: a classic Finnish sauna in alpine style, where you can enjoy the view of the surrounding mountain world in special ambience!
A bio-sauna offers a lower temperature of 55°C and an average humidity of 40%. This type of sauna enjoyment also gently stimulates circulation and strengthens the immune system.
Slow down, relax and re-energise:
The Kendler salt steam bath with a pleasant warmth of 40°C to 50°C and 100% humidity is slightly milder. It is particularly beneficial for the skin and respiratory organs.
The infrared cabin radiates a gentle heat that increases core body temperature – ideal, for example, before a massage or to boost circulation.
Expansive views from the panorama windows then invite you to indulge in the essential pleasures of rest and relaxation! Two new themed relaxation rooms combine the power of the elements fire and water, which all guests can take advantage of during their rest periods.
