During major hotel renovations in spring and autumn 2017, the restaurant area was extended and furnished in stylishly comfortable ambience.
We work exclusively with fresh products in the Kendler kitchen, with a focus on the careful preparation of food so that it retains its natural flavour. Host family Enn and their service team also serve an excellent selection of fine wines and other exquisite beverages...
The kitchen brigade are personally acquainted with many suppliers and producers - quality and regionality area at the top of the menu agenda here when it comes to nouvelle cuisine.
