Joker Card
Your ticket to great funThe Saalbach Hinterglemm Joker Card makes it possible to enjoy the incredible diversity of the region comfortably and cheaply in summer. It offers many free services or at significantly reduced prices, for example unlimited use of the cable cars, the hiking bus, the “Talschluss” valley train and outdoor swimming pool. And all that from just one overnight stay!
The following services are included free of charge:
Use of the lifts in Saalbach and Hinterglemm
Without bike – unlimited use of the cable cars in Saalbach Hinterglemm
With bike – 2 rides per day in Saalbach Hinterglemm. From the 3rd ride you have to purchase a bike ticket. With the Joker Card you receive a 20% discount of the list price.

Only ONE validity variant of the JOKER CARD. The card is generally valid from arrival in the morning to departure in the evening.
Discounted bike tickets are ONLY available from the open cash desks of the cable cars in Saalbach Hinterglemm and only for the period of validity of the JOKER CARD (period of stay of the guest).
Guest mobility ticket
As a guest with the Guest Mobility Ticket, you can enjoy free, unlimited access to all public transport from the moment you arrive in SalzburgerLand.
This new ticket, available to all overnight guests in the province of Salzburg, is valid for the entire duration of your stay. It covers city transport, regional bus services, S-Bahn trains, regional trains, long-distance trains and Salzburg Transport shuttles. more information
A lot of advantages with the Joker Card
The Joker Card offers numerous other advantages such as discounts, half prices and special rates with bonus partners in the Saalbach Hinterglemm region.
You automatically receive a Joker Card when staying at Hotel Kendler! It cannot be purchased. Joker Cards are issued in summer and can only be used during this period.
If you are arriving after 8:00 p.m., we kindly ask you to inform us in advance. Your room will be ready for check-in from 2:00 p.m. on the day of arrival – on the day of departure, we kindly ask you to vacate the room by 11:00 a.m. at the latest.
Garage parking space – Our garage is available at a rate of €18.00 per day (free of charge in summer).
Outdoor parking space – €5.00 per day in winter.
Check-in is from 2:00 p.m. and check-out is until 11:00 a.m.
Late check-out? Would you like to enjoy your departure day a little longer and travel home only in the evening?
Upon short notice and by request, it is possible to stay in your room until 5:00 p.m. and use our wellness area, allowing you to start your journey home completely relaxed.
For this service, we kindly charge €50.00 per person (for a double room or suite used as single occupancy, €100.00 per room).
Dogs are allowed upon prior registration. Dogs are not permitted in the restaurant or wellness area.
For small dogs, we charge €20.00 per night, and for larger dogs (from 50 cm shoulder height), €30.00 per night (both rates exclude food).
Our dog house rules must be observed and signed before arrival (at the latest upon check-in).
The Joker Card is already included in the hotel price during the summer and offers many free attractions in Saalbach Hinterglemm and the surrounding area. Free use of cable cars, tennis courts, mini golf, outdoor swimming pool, and much more.
NEW Mobility Ticket Salzburg
The new ticket for all overnight guests in the state of Salzburg is valid for all public transportation in the SalzburgerLand throughout your stay. The Guest Mobility Ticket is valid on city transport, regional buses, S-Bahn trains, regional trains, long-distance trains, and Salzburg Verkehr shuttles.
As a hotel guest, you receive a 10% discount at Sport Bründl. Online reservations are possible (12% discount for online bookings).

The nearest lift is the Bernkogel Lift, just 50 meters away.
The Turmlift and Kohlmaislift are also easily accessible, and the ski run leads directly to the hotel’s doorstep.
Ski passes can be purchased anytime at the reception. (American Express is not accepted for ski pass payments.)
We kindly ask you not to take a seat in the restaurant areas wearing bathrobes or swimwear. Dinner at the restaurant is always a festive occasion. Therefore, we ask that you wear sporty and elegant attire. Ski clothing, flip-flops, or sandals are not permitted.
