ARRIVAL & DEPARTURE

On the day of your arrival rooms are ready from 2 pm. On the day of departure we ask that you to leave your room by 11 am at the latest.
  

LATE CHECK OUT

You want to enjoy the whole of your day of departure and therefore leave our hotel in the evening? On request and in short notice its possible to have a late check out at 5 pm, you are also entitled to use the spa area as well as enjoy your skier’s snack in the restaurant. Price per person - € 30,00.
  

TAX

Prices excluding legal local taxes of € 1.10 per day (children up to 15 years of age are free).
  

KENDLER’S HALF-BOARD SPECIAL

A refund will not be made for non attended me-als. By booking bed and breakfast only we give a reduction of € 14,00 per person and day.
  

DEPOSIT

GARAGE

Parking space € 8,00 per day. 
  

NEW YEARS EVE CHARGES

New Years Eve surcharge for the menu and program € 45,00 per person.
  

SMALL DOGS

(only small ones) € 10,50 per day - without food.
  

ROOMS FOR SINGLE USE

+ 50 % of the desired room in addition to the single room price.
  

ROOMS FOR MULTIPLE OCCUPANCY

For the third and fourth person staying in a room on an additional bed we give a reduction of 20 %.
  

STORNO

An additional € 2,- supplement per day and person, provides the option of free cancellation of your booked holiday at any time (not valid in case of earlier daparture).  If you do not wish to use this beneficial service, please inform us when you make your reservations. In case of cancellation we apply the regulations of the Austrian Hotel Regulations. Cancellations are only valid when provided in writing. Up to 3 months before your holiday there is no cancellation fee. Up to one month before your holiday you have to pay or 3 days of the holiday. Under one month before your holiday or earlier departure as booked we charge 80 % of your booked holiday.
  

PAYMENT DETAILS

We recommend payment in cash,  with the EC card (coordinate limits with the bank) or with your creditcard (Visa,MasterCard or Amex).
